MobileUX Technologies, Inc. (MOBILEUX) is a digital technology company. Our services and products—including APRROW™—that link to this Privacy Policy, provide a simple, easy and intelligent user experience that can take you where you want to go, and how you want to get there.

When you use these services, you’ll share some information with us. So we want to be upfront and transparent about the information we collect, how we use it, whom we share it with, and the choices we give you to control, access and update your information when you visit and/or interact with the MOBILEUX APRROW™ software and/or its related internet and web components (collectively, the "MOBILEUX APRROW™ software”).

To assure a clear understanding of your rights as it pertains to the use of the MOBILEUX APRROW™ software, we have tried to write this Privacy Policy in a way that is void of as much legalese as we could that often cloud and confuse these documents. Use of our Services

At MOBILEUX, your privacy is very important to us. Therefore, this policy only applies to information collected across our websites, SMS, APIs, email notifications, applications, buttons, Stax, widgets, and our other covered services that link to this Policy (collectively, the “Services”), and from our partners and other third parties. For example, you send us information when you use our Services on the web, via APRROW™, or from an application that may connect with APRROW™ in the future.

When using any of our Services you consent to the collection, transfer, storage, disclosure, and use of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. This includes any information you choose to provide that is deemed sensitive under applicable law. When this policy mentions “we” or “us,” it refers to the controller of your information under this policy.

If you live in the United States or outside the European Union (EU), your information is controlled by MobileUX Technologies Inc., located at 2770 Main St., Suite 142, Frisco, Texas 75033, U.S.A. If you live within the EU, the data controller representative responsible for your information is Mr. Peter Murray, located at May Cottage, 2 Vicarage Lane, Cold Ash, Berkshire, United Kingdom, Rg18 9px. Therefore, by using the MOBILEUX APRROW™ software, you agree to the provisions of this privacy policy. If you do not agree to the terms of this policy, please do not use the MOBILEUX APRROW™ software.

Information We Collect

We collect information to provide better services to all of our users. As such, there are three (3) basic categories of information we collect:

  • Information you choose to share us.
  • Information we get when you use our services.
  • Information we get from third parties.

Here’s a little more detail on each of these categories.

When you interact with our services, we collect and store personal information that you choose to share with us, as well as data related to your MOBILEUX APRROW™ software visit and usage. Personal information is any information about you that is personally identifiable, such as your name, address, email address or phone number, and any other information that is not otherwise publicly available. Given that most of our services require you to set up a basic MOBILEUX APRROW™ account, we will need to collect some of these important personal, detailed information about you, such as: a unique username you’d like to go by, a password, an email address, and a phone number, as examples.

Of course, you’ll also provide us whatever information you send or create through the services, such as the creation of an APRROW™ Stax or the sharing of your favorite apps, widgets or screens with your friends. Keep in mind that the users you share, and/or send content to, can always save that content or copy it outside the app. So, the same common sense that applies to the internet at large applies to the MOBILEUX APRROW™ application as well: Don’t share your favorite apps or other personally developed APRROW™ Stax content that you wouldn’t want someone to save or share.

It probably goes without saying, but we’ll say it anyway: When you contact customer support or communicate with us in any other way, we’ll collect whatever information you volunteer.

Information We Get When You Use Our Services

When you use our services, we automatically collect certain aggregate information related to your MOBILEUX APRROW™ software use in order to provide better services to you and all of our users and subscribers. Aggregate information is generally non-personally identifiable or anonymous information about you, including the date and time of your visit, your IP address, your mobile device or computer browser information, the Internet address that you visited prior to and after reaching the MOBILEUX APRROW™ software, your applications list, the name of the domain and host you used to access the Internet, and the features of our MOBILEUX APRROW™ software which you accessed.

We may also collect information that other users provide about you when they use our services. For example, if another user allows us to collect information from their device phonebook—and you’re one of that user’s contacts—we may combine the information we collect from that user’s phonebook with other information we have collected about you. We may also obtain information from our affiliates, or any other third-party sources, and combine that with the information we collect through our services.

Other Information that may be Shared with Us
  • Device Information. We collect information from and about the devices you use. For example, we may collect:
    • information about your hardware and software, such as the hardware model, operating system version, device memory, advertising identifiers, unique application identifiers, apps installed, unique device identifiers, browser type, language, battery level, and time zone;
    • information from device sensors, such as accelerometers, gyroscopes, compasses, microphones, and whether you have headphones connected; and
    • information about your wireless and mobile network connections, such as mobile phone number, service provider, and signal strength.
  • Log Information. We also receive information when you view content on or otherwise interact with our Services, even if you have not created an account (“Log Data”). For example, when you visit our websites, sign into our Services, interact with our email notifications, use your account to authenticate to a third-party website, application, or service, or visit a third-party website, application, or service that includes Twitter content, we may receive information about you. This Log Data may include your IP address, browser type, operating system, the referring web page, pages visited, location, your mobile carrier, device information (including device and application IDs), search terms, or cookie information. We also receive Log Data when you click on, view or interact with links on our Services, including links to third-party applications, such as when you choose to install another application through our MOBILEUX APRROW™ software.
  • Apps Usage. In order to provide an enhanced user experience on our MOBILEUX APRROW™ software, we may collect and use usage data of your installed apps. Unless you provide consent, this data is collected anonymously in a form that does not personally identify you and is used by MOBILEUX to provide and improve products and services.
  • Location-Based Services. In order to provide location-based services on our MOBILEUX APRROW™ software, we may collect and use precise locational data, including the real-time geographic location of your mobile device. Where available, location-based services may use GPS, Bluetooth, and your IP address, along with crowd-sourced Wi-Fi hotspot and cell tower locations, and other technologies to determine your device’s approximate location. Unless you provide consent, this location data is collected anonymously in a form that does not personally identify you or the location address or name and is used by MOBILEUX to provide and improve location-based products and services.
  • Unique Application Numbers. Certain services include a unique application number. This number and information about your installation (for example, the operating system type and application version number) may be sent to MOBILEUX through our APRROW™ software when you install or uninstall that service or when that service periodically contacts our servers, such as for automatic updates.
  • Contacts. In order to provide a better experience for sharing apps with people you know on our MOBILEUX APRROW™ software, we may collect and use your contact list as well as the name, email or phone number of the person with whom you shared your apps. The use of personally identifiable information will follow our Disclosure of Information rules.
  • Information Collected by Cookies and Other Technologies. Cookies are simple text files stored on your computer or mobile device for use by a browser when you visit a website. Like some online services and mobile applications, certain MOBILEUX APRROW™ software features may only be available through the placement of a cookie. We may use such cookies to assist in data collection and to track MOBILEUX APRROW™ software usage and trends to help us better serve you. The use of cookies is a standard practice among Internet and software applications; most Internet browsers permit a user to accept, decline or delete cookies. This MOBILEUX APRROW™ software works with a first party cookie that collects anonymous traffic data at the MOBILEUX APRROW™ software. Keep in mind, though, that removing or rejecting cookies could affect the availability and functionality of our services.
Information We Collect from Third Party Sites

The MOBILEUX APRROW™ software contains links to third party websites and may redirect you to third party websites ("Third Party Sites"). Third Party Sites are not under the control of MOBILEUX, and MOBILEUX is not responsible for such Third Party Sites, including without limitation the accuracy, sufficiency, correctness, reliability, veracity, completeness, or timeliness thereof, any link contained therein, or any changes or updates thereto. The inclusion or access to Third Party Sites does not imply an endorsement thereof by MOBILEUX, or of the provider of such content or services, or of any third party websites. MOBILEUX reserves the right to terminate any link or linking program at any time. Please be aware that when you enter a third party website, any information you provide, including financial information, is subject to the terms of use and privacy policy of that site.

We may also collect information that other users provide about you when they use our services. For example, if another user allows us to collect information from their device phonebook—and you’re one of that user’s contacts—we may combine the information we collect from that user’s phonebook with other information we have collected about you. We may also obtain information from our affiliates, or any other third-party sources, and combine that with the information we collect through our services.

How We Use Information We Collect

We use collected information to make available and to improve our high standard of reliable services. We use such information to: respond to inquiries or service requests and monitor such responses; provide information about and market our products or services to you and/or third parties; resolve problems; identify trends; make suggestions regarding our products; and manage the MOBILEUX APRROW™ software and assess its usage.

We may use the name you provide for your APRROW™ Profile across all of the services we offer that require an APRROW™ Account. In addition, we may replace past names associated with your APRROW™ Account so that you are represented consistently across all of our services and your connected devices.

Disclosure of Information

We do not sell or rent personally identifiable information to third parties who are not affiliates of MOBILEUX. With your consent, we may disclose personally identifiable information to appropriate affiliates of MOBILEUX, including strategic alliance affiliates and third party service providers, to respond to a request for service or to provide information about available products or services. We may share non-personally identifiable information (this is information that is recorded about users so that it no longer reflects or references an individually identifiable user) with certain third parties including marketing partners, national industry organizations, and prospective affiliates. In addition, we reserve the right to disclose aggregate information and personally identifiable information to third parties as required or permitted by law, including national security or law enforcement obligations and applicable law, rule, order, or regulation and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect your rights.

Your Rights

You have certain rights around the use of your data, including the ability to manage the content and information which we can access when you use APRROW™. You can view and change which data we can access by going to Profile / Settings / Access.

You may view and update your account and personal data by going to Profile / Settings / Edit Profile or Profile / Settings / Change Email/Password. You may also contact us via email to support.app@mobileuxtech.com or by going to https://help.aprrow.com/hc/en-us/requests/new for any support related to your account or your individual rights requests about your personal data.

To terminate and/or delete your account, you can send us a request to support.app@mobileuxtech.com or you can submit your request at https://help.aprrow.com/hc/en-us/requests/new. We will complete your request within 72 hours and send you a confirmation email. Please note that when you request to delete your account, we delete all your personal information and personally identifiable data, and we are not able to recover your account or data after that. If you are not sure you want to delete your account, but you just want to stop using APRROW™ for a while, you can submit a request to Block your account through the same links above. We will complete your request within 72 hours and send you a confirmation email.

Please note: Even after your account is deleted, we may retain your data for as long as we have a legitimate purpose to do so (and in accordance with applicable law), including to assist with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We may retain and disclose such data pursuant to this Privacy Policy after your account has been terminated.

Users Outside the United States

Although we welcome APRROW™ users from all over the world, keep in mind that no matter where you live or where you happen to use our services, your information may be shared within the MOBILEUX Technologies, Inc. family. This means that we may collect your personal information from, transfer it to, and store and process it in the United States and other countries outside of where you live. In some of these countries, the privacy and data protection laws and rules regarding when government authorities may access data may vary from those in the country where you live.

General Data Privacy Regulation (GDPR)

The GDPR took effect on May 25, 2018, and is intended to protect the data of European Union (EU) citizens. If the data that you provide to us, in the course of your use of our site, services or products is governed by GDPR, we will abide by the relevant portions of the regulation. To make any requests related to your GDPR rights, please review the section above on Your Rights.

Children

We understand the importance of taking extra precautions to protect the privacy and safety of children using MobileUX products and services. Our services are not intended for—and we don’t direct them to—anyone under 13. And that’s why we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.

Our Companywide Commitment to Your Privacy

We regularly review our compliance with our Privacy Policy and data/security safeguards. To make sure your personal information is further secure, we routinely communicate our privacy and security guidelines to all MobileUX employees and service providers, and strictly enforce privacy safeguards within the company. In particular, MobileUX shall take reasonable steps to protect the Information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. We have put in place appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the Information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration or destruction. However, MobileUX cannot guarantee the security of Information on or transmitted via the Internet.

We also endeavor to adhere to several privacy self-regulatory frameworks. In particular, MobileUX complies with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information transferred from the European Union to the United States. MobileUX has certified to the Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles of Notice, Choice, Accountability for Onward Transfer, Security, Data Integrity and Purpose Limitation, Access, and Recourse, Enforcement and Liability. If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the Privacy Shield Principles, the Privacy Shield Principles shall govern. The types of data we are collecting under the EU-US Privacy Shield, the purposes for which each such type of data is being collected and used, and the types of third parties to which we may disclose such information (and the purposes of such disclosure) are set forth above in this Privacy Statement. For purposes of clarifying terms, the following definitions are provided:

  • “Personal Information” or “Information” means information that (1) is transferred from the EU to the United States; (2) is recorded in any form; (3) is about, or pertains to a specific individual; and (4) can be linked to that individual.
  • “Sensitive Personal Information” means personal information that reveals race, ethnic origin, sexual orientation, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership or that concerns an individual’s health.

You have rights, as set forth above in this Privacy Statement, to access, edit and have deleted your Personal Information, if collected. The choices and means offered you for limiting use and disclosure of your Personal Information are also set forth above in this Privacy Statement.

Notwithstanding any language to the contrary in this Privacy Statement, in cases of onward transfer to third parties of any inadvertent Personal Information of EU individuals received pursuant to the EU-US Privacy Shield, we are potentially liable.

In compliance with the Privacy Shield Principles, MobileUX further commits to resolve complaints about our collection or use of your personal information, if collected, within 45 days. EU individuals with inquiries or complaints regarding our Privacy Shield policy should first contact MobileUX at:

If any complaints by EU residents against MobileUX cannot be resolved informally, we have agreed to participate in the EU dispute resolution procedures pursuant to EU-U.S. Privacy Shield principles. MobileUX has further committed to cooperate with the panel established by the EU data protection authorities (DPAs) with regard to unresolved Privacy Shield complaints concerning data transferred from the EU. When we receive formal written complaints, we will contact the person who made the complaint to follow up. We work with the appropriate regulatory authorities, including local data protection authorities, to resolve any complaints regarding the transfer of personal data that we cannot resolve with our users directly as the situation(s) arise.

NOTE: The Company is subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the Federal Trade Commission and/or the Department of Transportation. Should, and under certain limited conditions, EU individuals may invoke binding arbitration as a last resort before the Privacy Shield Panel.

Revisions to the Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to add to, change, update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time and without notice other than simply posting such changes, update or modification of the MOBILEUX APRROW™ software. Any such change, modification or update will be effective immediately upon posting on the MOBILEUX APRROW™ software website.

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most current version of the policy will govern our use of your information and will always be at https://mobileuxtech.com/privacy. If we make a change to this policy that, in our sole discretion, is material, we will notify you via an APRROW™ update or email to the email address associated with your account. By continuing to access or use the Services after those changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Privacy Policy.

When a privacy question or access/download request is received we have a dedicated process which triages the contacts and seeks to address the specific concern or query which you are seeking to raise. Where your issue may be more substantive in nature, more information may be sought from you. All such substantive contacts receive a response. If you are unsatisfied with the reply received, you may refer your complaint to the relevant regulator in your jurisdiction. If you ask us, we will endeavor to provide you with information about relevant complaint avenues which may be applicable to your circumstances.
